      Safety and Security

      • Forward collision mitigation - Forward thinking. You look away for just a second and suddenly the vehicle in front of you has stopped. That's when the forward collision mitigation system comes to life. When it senses an impending impact, it will activate a combination of features to help prevent or reduce the severity of an accident. Forward collision mitigation is always looking ahead.
      • Pedestrian impact prevention - An extra step toward safety. Pedestrians don't always stop, look, and listen, but with Pedestrian Impact Prevention, your vehicle is equipped to better see them and avoid them. This system constantly monitors the road ahead to identify and track pedestrians. It projects that image to an interior display screen, AND should an impact become likely, Pedestrian impact prevention takes steps to avoid a collision.
      • Hands-on cruise control. Set it and forget it. Road trips used to be stressful. Cruise control only managed speed, but not distance or safety. Now, with hands-on cruise control, simply set your desired speed and let sensor technology maintain a safe distance between you and surrounding vehicles. It slows you down; speeds you up and even keeps you in your own lane. Meet your ultimate co-pilot with hands-on cruise control.

      Technology and Telematics

      • Smart device mirroring - Smartphone, meet smart car. You can control your device through your vehicle's infotainment system. Smart device mirroring brings together safety and convenience by making it easier to find what you're looking for while keeping your eyes on the road.
      • Mobile hotspot - WiFi on the fly. Connect your devices to the Internet through your vehicle's private mobile hotspot and take the internet wherever your journey takes you, without eating up your data allowance. Find the hotspot with mobile hotspot.

Safe and secure in this baby!

by Mick on 12/17/2024 8:30:20 PM

Feel like an extra pair of eyes are working for you in this ride. The safety features alone make this an awesome ride for a family. If you have a large dog this vehicle is awesome with plenty of cargo space. The rear lift opens fully and still doesn't hit my open garage door! Roomy and comfy. Engine take off is superb, braking at lower speed has some transmission drag, but leveled off after 10,000 miles. Brakes are stiff at first due to mild hybrid, but got used to it. Interior lighting is classy, warm, and calming. Some European touches that seem odd and adjustable lighting would be nice. Overall, pretty happy.…

        A years experience

by Steve on 12/4/2022 7:57:50 PM

I have had this car for a year. A loaded luxury version. T6. Mileage is about 27-28 highway. Power is great from standstill and up to 60 or so. Passing power at 70 or so is weak. But, this 2.0 four cylinder makes 316hp and is certainly adequate. My other car is an S560 Mercedes so I am comparing to a high benchmark. The V90CC does so many things so well. With good winter tires it is a snow beast. The seats with massage, heat and cool are phenomenal. Excellent cargo capacity, rear seat legroom is way way better than the V60. Pilot assist is wonderful. I drive through Boston traffic without ever touching brake or gas pedal, takes all the pucker moments out of traffic. I bought used with 19k miles. A great car I will be keeping for a long time!…

        Fantastic Mid-Size Luxury Wagon

by Poppi on 8/23/2022 5:53:25 PM

There really is not a lot on the market like this little beast. Smooth (with 19" wheels, 20's have thin tires and make for a harsher ride), refined and elegant. Interior is subjectively the best designed interior out there, very well put together. The designers did a fantastic job with this vehicle. The engine is no seat of the pants thrill (turbo 6 would have been better), but is smooth, and the transmission shifts very well, never searching for gears. The manual mode is not great, this car was made for leaving it in auto. This car is perfect for its intended purpose, cruising around, it is very relaxing to drive. It is wonderful on long road trips. It is a shame the regular V90 leaves our shores, it looks much better than its Cross Country sibling.…
